About
Lise Ramaley grew up in Seattle, WA and began cultivating a life-long interest in health and wellness later in her childhood, especially with integrative and hands-on approaches to healing. She spent her time playing outside, playing jazz bass, and having fun with friends and family.
After graduating from St. Olaf College with her BS in Sociology and Anthropology, she dedicated the first three years of her career to teaching elementary science and gardening and working in sustainable agriculture in the Bay Area. Seeking a change in career path, Lise was drawn to health and wellness, inspired by her chiropractor/naturopath parents. Lise decided to pursue education in massage therapy and attended the San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork. While she loved learning the anatomy of the muscles and bones, she was most drawn to the lymphatic and nervous systems of the body. This led to her fine-tuning her intuitive quality of touch to work with even the most sensitive nervous systems and inspired her excitement to learn more about the lymphatic system.
Following the completion of her 600 hr massage program, Lise decided to seek further education in post op lymphatic treatment. She completed the TOSI post op course and then spent a year working and studying under Luciana Andrus at Just For You Bodywork and Massage, using Brazilian Techniques by Luciana Andrus™, while also continuing to spend her free time learning more about the post op world and lymphatic system.
Lise opened Fluidity Post Op and Massage in 2024, excited to use her knowledge to offer informed and high quality post op care and specialized massages that combine a variety of modalities. You can find her listening to post op podcasts, playing her upright bass, at the farmers market, or at the park with her dog.
